How I Can Help
Therapy can help you understand not just what you’re struggling with, but why certain patterns keep showing up in your life. Many of the people I work with have spent years feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood or stuck, often blaming themselves for things that never fully made sense. Our work is about making those patterns more understandable and finding ways forward that feel more effective, sustainable and true to who you are.
I frequently work with adults experiencing:
ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, including executive functioning difficulties, emotional intensity, chronic disorganization, masking and the unique impact of getting a diagnosed later in life
Anxiety and chronic overwhelm, including persistent worry, overthinking, perfectionism, overstimulation and difficulty slowing down
Trauma and difficult early experiences, including the ways past experiences can continue to affect your sense of safety, nervous system, self-worth, relationships and emotional responses
Relationship and attachment patterns, including difficulty trusting, people-pleasing, fear of rejection, recurring self-defeating relationship dynamics and challenges expressing your needs
Life transitions, grief, and feeling stuck, particularly when the ways you once coped no longer seem to work
Self-acceptance, boundaries and emotional regulation, including difficulty saying no, understanding your own needs, managing strong emotions or treating yourself with the same compassion you offer others
