Professional Background

 I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon. I've been working with adults and young adults since 2000 and remain committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care.

Professional growth is an important part of my practice. I regularly participate in consultation with colleagues and pursue continuing education to stay current with emerging research and best practices.

In addition to providing psychotherapy, I have specialized training in clinical supervision and have supervised state-registered associates working toward licensure in Oregon. I also have advanced training and a particular interest in working with adults with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence.
